Terms of Service

Movier grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for discovering and tracking movies. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.

You can use Movier without an account. If you create one or sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity under it.

Movier offers an optional premium subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region.

Movie information, posters and trailers are provided by third parties including The Movie Database (TMDB) and streaming providers. We do not own this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movier is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Movier at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any questions, contact support@movierapp.com.
